Property Document definition

Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), the REAs and any other material agreements affecting any Individual Property or portion thereof and set forth in the Borrower’s Certification.
Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), the following: the REA.
Property Document means each agreement relating to a Property and each other instrument binding on any Property, including any reciprocal easement agreement, declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions and any condominium or home owner’s association governing documents, rules and regulations.

More Definitions of Property Document

Property Document shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Property Document means, individually or collectively (as the context may require), any reciprocal easement agreement affecting any Individual Property (or any portion thereof) more particularly described on Schedule 1.1(l) hereto (if any), and any amendment, restatement, replacement, supplement or other modification thereof.
