Projected Financial Statements definition

Projected Financial Statements has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.16(c).

More Definitions of Projected Financial Statements

Projected Financial Statements is defined in Section 5.09(c).
Projected Financial Statements. -means the balance sheets and profit/loss statements provided to Buyer and attached hereto as Exhibit 1-Projected Financial Statements.
