Project Works. ’ means the physical structures of a project;

Project Works means the design, development and construction of the Project at the Site and any other works contemplated in the Project Documents in relation to the Project.

Project Works means: all constructions, installations, facilities, equipment, supplies and infrastructure of a temporary or permanent nature comprising the Project or required for implementing the Project;

Examples of Project Works in a sentence

The Contractor shall obtain at its cost such facilities on or outside the Site as may be required by it for the purposes of the Project Works and the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
The Contractor undertakes to complete the minor outstanding items of works in respect of those Sections of the Project Works for which the Provisional Certificate has been issued, within a period of 30 (thirty) days of the date of Provisional Certificate, and those parts of the Works in respect of which Time Extension has been granted, within the extended period thereof.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that use of the Site under this Clause 9.3 shall not in any manner relieve the Contractor of its obligation to construct and maintain the Project Works in accordance with this Agreement and any damage caused by such use shall be restored forthwith at the cost of the Employer.
The Concessionaire shall be responsible for keeping safe and disposing any hazardous materials and any dangerous substances on the Project Site generated from time to time during performance and completion of the Project Works or brought on to the Project Site by the Concessionaire.
Any hazardous materials generated during completion of the Project Works by the Concessionaire (including any of its Concessionaire Engaged Persons) shall be properly disposed off by the Concessionaire on completion of the Works.

Project Works means all the works and services to be performed by the Joint Venture in accordance with the Bid, any Terms of Reference or the Agreement, as the case may be;

Project Works means all Work other than those related directly and solely to “events” as described at section 4 of the Traffic Management for Events Code of Practice. For the avoidance of doubt, Project Works includes all Work either directly or indirectly supporting:

Project Works means the physical things and works which a PPP Co, the State Works Contractor or the NB Works Contractor must design, supply, construct, install, produce or complete under this deed, the State Works Deed, the EWAG Works Deed or the NB Works Deed including:

Project Works means the design, development and construction of the Cotai Project.

Project Works means providing suitable engineers capable of executing the IT facilities management services required at the Data Center, through this RFPQ.
