Project Result definition

Project Result means Progress Reports, Completion Reports and the targeted achievements and deliverables mentioned in the Approved Project Proposal. Relative means the spouse, parent, child, brother or sister of the relevant person, and, in deducing such a relationship, an adopted child shall be deemed to be a child both of the natural parents and the adopting parent and a step child to be a child of both the natural parents and of any step parent.

Project Result means all results created or achieved in conjunction with the Project, including Intellectual Property Rights, irrespective of whether the results are protected by legislation.
