Project Model definition

Project Model means the financial model for the Projects, as transmitted by email from Xxxxxx Xxxxx to Xxxxxx X’Xxxxxx, on March 30, 2016 at 8:08 p.m. (New York time).
Project Model means the economic model to be delivered from Seller to Buyer from time to time pursuant to Section 2.8.
Project Model has the meaning, with respect to each group of Acquired Companies, set forth in the Acquired Companies Annex applicable to such Acquired Companies.

More Definitions of Project Model

Project Model has the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement with respect to Xxxxxx Energy, as modified from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1(i) of this Agreement for each Implementation of a Subsequent Phase for which a Cash Adjustment has been paid.
Project Model means the financial model for the Project at the Effective Date referred to in Part 3 of Schedule 10 from which the Base Case Model will be developed by the Parties;
Project Model means the FS Project Model or the SP Project Model, as the context may require. “Project Permits” means any FS Project Permit or SP Project Permit, as the context may require.

Project Model means the financial model for the Projects prepared by the Company and titled “AWCC Portfolio Model 2014-05-19.xlsx” “and delivered to Purchasers on May 19, 2014.
Project Model has the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement with respect to Borderlands Project Company, Cool Springs Solar Project Company, Dodge Flat Solar Project Company, Elora Solar Project Company, Ensign Project Company, Fish Springs Solar Project Company, Xxxxxxx Wind Project Company, Irish Creek Wind Project Company, Little Blue Wind Project Company, Minco III Project Company, Quinebaug Solar Project Company, Xxxxxxx XX Solar Project Company, and White Mesa Project Company, as modified from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1(i) of this Agreement for each Implementation of a Subsequent Phase for which a Class A Cash Adjustment or Class B Cash Adjustment has been paid.
Project Model means a financial model developed using the Base Case Model, as updated solely to the extent set forth in Section 2.6.
