Project Initiation Document definition

Project Initiation Document has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 2.1(c); "Project Manager" has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 7.1;
Project Initiation Document means the plan for the Project as agreed between you and us and as amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 10 below;
Project Initiation Document means document with the title Project Initiation Document prepared by Commissum at the beginning of the Project that may be contained in the Deliverables and may specify certain additional and/or more detailed requirements relating to the Agreement, such requirements being better identified or defined at a time following submission of the Proposal and/or execution of this Agreement;

  • Unless the parties agree otherwise in writing, in the event that the Project Initiation Document is not agreed within two (2) weeks of the Commencement Date, (a) such negotiations shall cease and (b) the Client shall pay the reasonable fees and expenses of SolutionsPT (calculated on a time and materials basis) incurred in preparation and negotiation of the Project Initiation Document immediately on receipt of an invoice for the same.

Project Initiation Document means a project initiation document setting out in reasonable detail such information as is required for such project to be undertaken by SolutionsPT, including without limitation: a) the relevant objectives, method of approach and scope (including exclusions, constraints, interfaces and assumptions); b) the relevant hardware, software services and deliverables; c) an Implementation Plan; d) the fees; e) what further Key Implementation Documents are to be provided (if any); and f) each parties' key personnel; g) any relevant internal policies of the Client with which SolutionsPT is to comply; h) any Shared Data, the Shared Data Purpose and the parties relationship under Data Protection Laws in relation to the Shared Data.
Project Initiation Document. (or “PID”) means a document setting out the agreed project scope, methodology and governance framework which will be followed by the parties in relation to the configuration and testing of the Configured Decision Engine and which shall also describe the Specifications. The PID is a working document which will be agreed by the parties in writing following the Agreement Effective Date and may be amended from time to time thereafter in accordance with the Change Control Procedure.
