Project Infrastructure definition

Project Infrastructure means the infrastructure to be developed, built, constructed and operated by the Developer on the Site as specified in Schedule-C1;
Project Infrastructure means those portions of the Infrastructure located on the Developer Lands;
Project Infrastructure has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.

  • The Authority may appoint an experienced and qualified firm or organisation (the “ Safety Consultant”) for carrying out safety audit of the Project Infrastructure and Project Facilities in accordance with the Safety Requirements any time during Concession Period, and shall take all other actions necessary for securing compliance with the Safety Requirements.

  • The Developer shall re-commission the Project Infrastructure and Project Facilities or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Developer to re-commission the Project Infrastructure and Project Facilities.

  • The Project shall enter into commercial service on COD or on issue of Completion Certificate, as the case may be, whereupon the Users shall be entitled to use, occupy and possess any part or whole of the Project Infrastructure or Project Facilities, provided, however, that the entry of the Project into commercial service shall always be subject to compliance with the provisions of Applicable Laws.

  • The Developer acknowledges and agrees that upon payment of the User Charges, any User shall be entitled to use the Project Infrastructure and Project Facilities in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement subject to such conditions, stipulations and restrictions on use, notified by the Developer pursuant to any provision contained under the Applicable Law, Applicable Permit or the provisions of this Agreement.

  • In the event that results of any tests conducted under this Article 13.3 establish any defects or deficiencies in the Construction Works with respect to the Project Infrastructure and the Project Facilities, the Developer shall carry out remedial measures and furnish a report to the Project Monitoring Agency in this behalf.


More Definitions of Project Infrastructure

Project Infrastructure means those portions of the NES located on the Lands; (rr) “Project Infrastructure Work” means the design, engineering, installation and‌verification by Creative Energy of Project Infrastructure on the Lands; (ss) “Release” includes any release, spill, leak, pumping, pouring, emission, emptying or discharge, injection, escape, leaching, migration, disposal, or dumping; (tt) “Statutory Right of Way” means a statutory right of way agreement and covenant, substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule D, which permits Creative Energy access to the Lands for the purpose of performing its obligations under this Agreement and Customer Service Agreements; (uu) “Target Date” means the date identified as such in the Building System Application, as such date may be revised by the Owner upon written notice to Creative Energy delivered within 90 days following the issuance of the first Building Permit for the Project; (vv) “Thermal Energy” means all thermal energy for heating purposes, and includes domestic hot water; and (ww) “Zoning and Building Regulations” means the Zoning and Development Bylaw and the Building Bylaw of the City, as amended from time to time including any replacement thereof.
Project Infrastructure means the public and private infrastructure necessary or desirable to redevelop the core area and Kachina area of the Village, to serve new, planned development of commercial, retail and residential uses within the Village, to enhance the viability and visibility of the Village and the Taos Ski Valley as a year-round destination resort, which will promote tourism and economic development from sources outside the State, and job creation and revenue enhancement at the local level. "Property Tax Increment Revenue" shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Exhibit F to this Agreement.
Project Infrastructure at any time means:
Project Infrastructure means any infrastructure, plant or facilities within the Project Area necessary for or in connection with any Project Activities from time to time, including roads and access tracks (including the Project Access Road), wells, bores, pipelines, flowlines, production pads, processing facilities for Petroleum and storage facilities for Petroleum, water and gas, electricity transmission and generation facilities, communication facilities, accommodation and services.
Project Infrastructure at any time means the Original Project Infrastructure at that time and the New Project Infrastructure at that time.
Project Infrastructure means, collectively, the Master Plan Infrastructure and Specific Plan Improvements.
Project Infrastructure means those items of public or private infrastructure within the Property which are necessary for development of the Planned Community including all roads, utilities, lighting, curbs/gutters/sidewalks, parks, trails, rough and final grading, trees, sod, seeding, and other landscaping, storm water detention and retention facilities, water mains, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and all other improvements required pursuant to this MDA, the Community Structure Plan, applicable Project Plans and Final Plats, County’s Vested Laws, and/or County’s Future Laws, as applicable.
