Project Infrastructure means the infrastructure to be developed, built, constructed and operated by the Developer on the Site as specified in Schedule-C1;

  • In particular, the Concessionaire shall develop, implement and administer a surveillance and safety programme for providing a safe environment on or about the Resort and the Project Infrastructure and shall comply with the safety requirement set forth in Schedule K (the “Safety Requirements”).

More Definitions of Project Infrastructure

Project Infrastructure has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.
Project Infrastructure means all road, driveway, utility and other public and private infrastructure improvements directly related to or necessary for the development of the Project, including, without limitation, storm drainage facilities, gas, electric, and communications services, and all other utility improvements and installations required as part of the Project.
Project Infrastructure means the public and private infrastructure necessary or desirable to redevelop the core area and Kachina area of the Village, to serve new, planned development of commercial, retail and residential uses within the Village, to enhance the viability and visibility of the Village and the Taos Ski Valley as a year-round destination resort, which will promote tourism and economic development from sources outside the State, and job creation and revenue enhancement at the local level. "Property Tax Increment Revenue" shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Exhibit F to this Agreement.
Project Infrastructure means any infrastructure, plant or facilities within the Project Area necessary for or in connection with any Project Activities from time to time, including roads and access tracks (including the Project Access Road), wells, bores, pipelines, flowlines, production pads, processing facilities for Petroleum and storage facilities for Petroleum, water and gas, electricity transmission and generation facilities, communication facilities, accommodation and services.
