Project Deliverable definition

Project Deliverable means a deliverable to be provided by the Recipient to the Ministry, as set out in the Key Details.
Project Deliverable. Has the meaning given in Section 4.7(d) of the Agreement.

Project Deliverable is a discrete task to be completed or item to be created as part of a Fixed Price SO.
Project Deliverable relates particularly to a Project as defined in a specific work order issued against the Contract. A Project Deliverable is produced by the Contractor when executing a Supplemental Statement of Work attached to a specific work order.
