Project Completion Certificate definition

Project Completion Certificate means the certificate issued by the Authority upon completion of all the Project Facilities in accordance with the Approved Project Implementation Plan.

Project Completion Certificate means a certificate, in the form attached as Exhibit N to the Supply Agreement, delivered by Supplier to Purchaser following Completion of Commissioning of the Turbines.

Project Completion Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.7.2 hereof.
