Project Authority definition

Project Authority means the concerned DUD, GoHP who have invited the Technical and Financial bids for converting existing Government funded vacant houses into ARHCs Repair/Retrofit, Develop, Operate and Transfer (RDOT) for a period of 25 years through Public Private Partnership (PPP) or by public agency as per the terms and conditions of the RFP.
Project Authority means an authority created pursuant to KRS 175B.035;
Project Authority means an authority constituted by a statute for the development of infrastructure in the country.

  • The Developer shall indemnify Indemnified Parties from and against any Liabilities under any of the Acts or Rules thereunder mentioned in this Article or any other Applicable Laws, and in case through order of any Government Authority, Authority or the Railway has to pay any compensation in respect of the Project, Authority shall recover such amount of compensation so paid from the Security Deposit or the Escrow Account or otherwise from the Developer under these conditions.

  • The Project Authority Lead shall request all Councils involved in the project to pass any resolutions necessary to agree to amendments of the Project Business Case.
