Prohibited Areas definition

Prohibited Areas means areas including but not limited to all roof areas, balconies, parapets, ledges, boiler rooms, electrical intake/riser cupboards, lift motor rooms, and any other areas which have notices on access doors stating that there is a hazard within.
Prohibited Areas has the meaning set forth in Attachment Y.

More Definitions of Prohibited Areas

Prohibited Areas means: Fraser Island, the Canning Stock Route, the Old Gunbarrel Hwy, the Lost City in Litchfield Park, the Telegraph section of the road to Cape York, The Creb Track, Boggy Hole (▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ National Park) and the Old South Road from Maryvale to ▇▇▇▇▇ at any time. Travel to Cape York between the months of December to May.
Prohibited Areas means the whole of the world, but if any obligations or restrictions in clause 20 (Post Completion Obligations) shall be adjudged to be void or ineffective by reason of the Prohibited Area being so defined but would be adjudged to be valid and effective if the Prohibited Area were defined as the European Union and the USA then the “Prohibited Area” shall mean the European Union and USA;
