Progress Claim definition

Progress Claim means a document in a form approved by the Principal evidencing the delivery of Goods and/or performance of Services and which includes the information set out in the Contract Specifics.
Progress Claim means a document in a form approved by the Principal evidencing the performance of the Works since the previous Progress Claim (or, if the Progress Claim is the first Progress Claim, since the Start Date) and which includes the information set out in the Contract Specifics.

  • As soon as reasonably practicable following the end of each calendar month (or as otherwise agreed by the Parties), the Contractor must provide to the Principal a Progress Claim or if the Principal directs, an Invoice.

More Definitions of Progress Claim

Progress Claim means both a tax invoice as defined in the A New Tax System (Equipment and Services Tax) Act 1999 and a Payment Claim as defined in The Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999;
