Program Revenue definition
Program Revenue means all income derived by Bank from a Cardholder’s acquisition or use of, or maintenance of funds with respect to, a Card issued pursuant to a Program.

Examples of Program Revenue in a sentence
Service Provider will issue a credit in the amount of each Energy Program Payment at the time of and along with the Invoice for Costs issued for the calendar month in which Service Provider received the Program Revenue from the Energy Program.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties confirm that as between the Parties, Service Provider shall be entitled to any and all Program Revenue from DR Programs other than the Energy Program.

Any fine, funds or monies paid and collected by Clerk from a Violator for any reason related to any violation documented and evidenced by Axsis, excluding the first thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) collected each month of the contract term and any convenience fees collected pursuant to Section 2.8.
