Program Grant definition

Program Grant means the periodic payments paid by the City to the Company in accordance with Section 3 of this Agreement.
Program Grant or “Program Grant Payment” mean the economic development grants provided by the City to Grantee in accordance with this Agreement.
Program Grant has the meaning provided in Section 4.3(b).

More Definitions of Program Grant
