Offices wherever used in this lease, shall not be construed to mean premises used as a store or stores, for the sale or display, at any time of goods, wares or merchandise, of any kind, or as a restaurant, shop, booth, bootblack or other stand, xxxxxx shop, or for other similar purposes or for manufacturing.
