professional architect definition

professional architect means a person who has been legally registered as a professional architect by the board;
professional architect means a person registered under subsection 10(2) of the Architects Act 1967;
professional architect means a member of the Association of Professional Architects of Prince Edward Island and/or licensed to practice in that Association.
