More Definitions of Production Test

Production Test means a performance test of the Plant conducted for a consecutive thirty (30) day period in accordance with the test procedures established under the EPC Contract to measure the average daily quantity of SNG produced by the Plant; provided, however, that if during such thirty (30) consecutive day period there shall occur an event of Force Majeure which adversely affects the production of SNG, the day affected by such event of Force Majeure shall be excluded from the determination period and the thirty (30) consecutive period shall be extended by each such day that SNG production is adversely affected by Force Majeure until there are thirty (30) days in the test period, provided, further, that notwithstanding the extension provided herein for events of Force Majeure, the thirty (30) days included in the test period must occur within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days. For example if the Production Test commences on day one, and there is an event of Force Majeure that adversely affect SNG production for two (2) days, then the Production Test will be completed on day thirty-three (33) and the test results shall be calculated on the thirty (30) completed test days excluding the test days affected by Force Majeure; provided that all thirty (30) completed test days fall on or before day sixty (60).
Production Test means the production by the Project, over a continuous period of 30 days occurring prior to the Long-Stop Date, of a total of a least 2,600 tonnes of contained nickel in oxide form and 220 tonnes of contained cobalt in carbonate form (such amounts representing 60% of the Asset’s expected capacity and the amount of 220 tonnes of cobalt being adjusted to reflect any difference between the grade of cobalt in the ore actually mined and the grade assumed by Inco). Project means the nickel-cobalt mine, Plant, and supporting infrastructure being constructed, and to be operated by the Project Manager in the South Province of New Caledonia.
Production Test means a test conducted to measure the rates at which fluids are produced from or injected into a well in a pool for reservoir evaluation purposes; ( essai de production )
Production Test means a production capacity test used to determine the Well production rate;
Production Test means: for Petroleum Substances composed predominantly of natural gas, an absolute open flow test of sufficient duration to establish to the Farmor’s reasonable satisfaction the initial producibility of an Earning Well, provided that this requirement will be deemed to be satisfied for the affected zone if that well has been placed on production for 30 consecutive days or has sooner ceased to be capable of production; and for Petroleum Substances not composed predominantly of natural gas, a sustained production test of sufficient duration to establish to the Farmor’s reasonable satisfaction the initial producibility of an Earning Well, provided that such test will be conducted on consecutive days, if possible, and that such test will not exceed 30 days.
Production Test means an operation (other than formation fluid sampling into a container positioned by a wireline operation) carried out on a well to recover reservoir fluids for or in connection with estimating well productivity:
