Product Support Services definition

Product Support Services means services provided by technical advisors of the Seller required to execute Seller’s Scope of Work set forth in Attachment 2 as it pertains to the act or supervision of unloading, installation, start-up, testing, commissioning and initial operation and maintenance of any of the Major Components, other Equipment, Base GE SCADA, Base Wind Farm Management System or any other Options (if selected by the Buyer).
Product Support Services means the support and maintenance services (which may be on a standard or premium basis) for the Product(s) detailed in the Service Charter and/or Product Order, which are to be provided by Capita to Customer and which shall form part of the Support Services.
Product Support Services is defined in Section 11.5.

Examples of Product Support Services in a sentence

  • Some of the provisions outlined in these Support Terms apply to only Product Support Services, Software Support Services or On-Site Support Services.

  • Purchase of a Pay-as-you-go Repair shall not entitle the Customer to receive the following Product Support Services, without further charge (such charge shall be as outlined at Reveal Service Plans - Reveal(revealmedia.co.uk) and shall not to be incurred without the Customer's prior written confirmation): 3.1. provision and fitting of a replacement battery.

  • Where the Customer purchases Software Support Services and/or a Product Care Plan (or a combined plan), Reveal shall provide the Software Support Services and/or the Product Support Services (as applicable) during the Support Period.

  • Reveal offers two comprehensive Support Services plans which provide both Product Support Services (by way of Product Care Plan) and Software Support Services (namely, Reveal Total Care and Reveal Total Care Plus).

  • Vbrick may or may not provide You with support services related to use of the Software Product ("Support Services").


More Definitions of Product Support Services

Product Support Services means various forms of installation, maintenance and support for standard Products.
Product Support Services means the support provided by Gladiator to remediate, correct, or abate errors in the Gladiator Software that is provided as part of the Service.
Product Support Services means the product support services provided by Reveal in relation to Supported Equipment in accordance with these Support Terms and which are available either as part of a Product Care Plan, on a pay-per-incident basis through a Reveal Repair Credits Plan or Pay-as-you-go Repair, or, through the purchase of On-site Support Services, but excluding the Out-of-scope Services;
Product Support Services means services to assist you with efficient systems management usability and operational problems and account management. These services are further described in the attached services description form (Exhibit B).
Product Support Services means the services described in Section 3(b).
Product Support Services means the combination of Referral Services, Sales Support Services and providing Tier One Support to the Customer and any End User during the term of any Service Order.
Product Support Services has the meaning specified in Section 6.3.
