Product Registrations definition

Product Registrations means all registrations, permits, licenses, consents, authorizations, and other approvals, and pending applications and requests therefor, required by applicable Agencies related to the research, Development, manufacture, distribution, finishing, packaging, marketing, or sale of the Product within the Geographic Territory, including all Applications in existence for the Product as of the Closing Date.

Product Registrations means existing and future marketing and regulatory authorizations relating to the Products in the Territory including such authorizations relating to any and all existing and future uses for the Products, necessary for import, advertisement, marketing, distribution and sale of the Products.

Product Registrations means the approvals, licenses, registrations, listings, franchises, permits, certificates, consents, clearances, or other authorizations (including, but not limited to, NDAs and NDSs) and comparable regulatory filings required by any Governmental Authority for the Products held in Sellers’ name as set forth in Schedule 1.1(d).

More Definitions of Product Registrations

Product Registrations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.10 hereof.

Product Registrations means all Governmental Authorizations granted to a Conveyed Subsidiary or a Seller by, or pending with, any Governmental Authority and Related to the Business, to market any Product, including FDA drug listings, FDA Product Marketing Authorizations, other national or regional marketing authorizations or permits and XX xxxxx anywhere in the world. “Product Registrations” shall not include any Manufacturing Registrations.

Product Registrations means the approvals or registrations for each Product which have been received by BMS or its Affiliates in the Territory, including without limitation the NDA for each Product.

Product Registrations means the Governmental Authorizations necessary to permit the development, promotion, manufacture, marketing, import, distribution, test, use, or sale of the Product.

Product Registrations means (i) the approvals or registrations which have been received by the Selling Parties or their Affiliates, for the investigation, sale, distribution and/or marketing of the Product or a current Product improvement in the Territory (including any NDAs, INDs and other relevant applications/approvals), including those approvals and registrations set forth on Schedule 1.1(l), and (ii) all dossiers, reports, data and other written materials filed as part of such approvals or registrations, or maintained by the Selling Parties and their Affiliates and relating to such approvals or registrations.

Product Registrations means such registrations, approvals, licenses or other governmental authorizations required by any Regulatory Authority in order to manufacture, market or sell Products.
