Product Module definition
Product Module means a module of the Product.
Product Module means a product specific module which forms part of this Agreement and sets out the terms and conditions that apply to specific types of CFDs and/or Services, and any amendments thereto. If, after your agreement to these Terms, you are sent a Product Module for a particular CFD type that you have not traded or been provided with before, then that Product Module will be effective and binding on you from the date that you first trade or open a CFD governed by that Product Module;
Product Module means a food contact container or insert for a display unit designed for display of food in bulk for customer self-service by either direct or indirect means.

The Master Netting Agreement will apply to both you and us in relation to all Transactions entered into by you pursuant to this Agreement and any applicable Product Module.
By creating and hosting an Application or Product Module on the Root Insurance Platform you give Root a worldwide, non-exclusive right to access and use such Application or Product Module for the sole purpose of enabling Root to provide the Root Services to you.
All the limitations and restrictions on Product Module in this Agreement also apply to Documentation.
Licensee may refer to its use of the Product Module on its website and in its product literature and other marketing materials.

It is not an agreement to buy or sell any amount of shares and, unless you and we expressly agree separately in writing, it cannot result in the delivery of any shares to or by you. The share Instrument upon which the Share CFD is based may be an Order Book Share or a Market Maker Share; ‘Spread’ means the Market Spread and our Spread Charge; ‘Spread Charge’ means our charge to you on Spread Transactions as set out in Term 8(1); ‘Spread Transaction’ has the meaning given to it in Term 4(2); ‘Statement’ means a written confirmation of any Transactions, any Orders that you set and/or edit, and any Commission, Spread and other applicable Charges and Taxes that we apply; ‘Stock Index CFD’ is a form of CFD that gives exposure to changes in the value of a stock index. It is not an agreement to buy or sell any amount of shares and unless you and we expressly agree separately in writing, it cannot result in the delivery of any shares to or by you; ‘Stop Order’ has the meaning given to it in Term 12(1); ‘Sophisticated Person’ has the meaning given to it in the Investment Business (Client Money) Regulations 2004, as amended; ‘Sums’ has the meaning given to it in Term 16(7);

Product Module means each insurance product identifiable by a unique product module key and which is set up and configured to be sold and managed on the Root Insurance Platform. Policyholder means the holder of any insurance policy issued under a Product Module and managed on the Root Insurance Platform. Professional Services means services provided by Root to you or any User over and above the general support services and for which Root will invoice you or the User as agreed in a Service Order, including all initial discovery, implementation, integration and product launch support as specified in a Service Order. Root means XI Platform (Pty) Ltd, incorporated and registered in the Republic of South Africa with registration number 2017/447892/07 whose registered office is Unit A, 4th Floor, Hill House, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, and its Affiliates involved in providing a Root Service.
