Product Development Program definition

Product Development Program means the research and development carried out by HMO for the Company, as of January 1, 2009 for the development of clinical grade Licensed Product pursuant to the Product Development Agreement entered into on the Effective Date, some of which has been funded, and is to be funded, subject to OCS approval, by the Company via grants from the OCS, and to be paid for by the Company in quarterly advance installments from January 31, 2010 and prior to such time, on a monthly basis against invoices on a net plus 30 (thirty) days basis. The current Product Development Program (updated September 2010) is attached hereto as Annex G.
