Product Catalog or “PCAT” is a Qwest document that provides information needed to request services available under this Agreement. Qwest agrees that CLEC shall not be held to the requirements of the PCAT. The PCAT is available on Qwest’s Web site: http//▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇/ "Project Coordinated Installation" allows CLEC to coordinate installation activity as prescribed in section 9.2.2.9.7, including out of hours coordination. "Proof of Authorization" (“POA”) shall consist of verification of the End User Customer’s selection and authorization adequate to document the End User Customer’s selection of its local service provider.

Product Catalog means that version of a Product Catalog, whether in hard copy, or software on tangible media, or made available through on-line services provided to authorized Distributors for Nortel Products, as the prime source of pricing and ordering information which is in effect on the date of order acceptance.
