PROD means the FCA’s Product Governance and Product Intervention Sourcebook, which forms part of the Rules. “Product Proposal Pack (‘PPP’)” means information the Company makes available to You, to provide transparency regarding our internal product governance, including product conception, design and development process, to assist You in understanding a Plan and discharging Your responsibilities under this Agreement and the Rules. This may include details of target market identification, distribution channels, issuer, market and operational risk analysis, stress testing and other considerations.
