Privileged Relation definition

Privileged Relation means in relation to any transfer of Ordinary Shares, a spouse, Civil Partner or legitimate child or step or adopted child of the Original Shareholder.
Privileged Relation means, in relation to a Shareholder who is an individual, member or deceased or former member means a spouse, Civil Partner or Family Trust;
Privileged Relation in relation to an individual means his or her spouse and any relative of such individual with a common ancestor up to the fourth degree (including adopted children who have been adopted as a minor and step-children who have acquired that relationship with such individual or with any such relative as a minor) and any spouse of any such relative.
