Private Program definition

Private Program means a program operated by a non- sectarian, nonprofit private school or agency.
Private Program means a non-public school or program contracted by a school district or charter school. “Public school personnel” means an employee or contractor of a public school district or charter school. “Public school personnel” does not include the following:

Private Program means any nongovernment health care plan or health care reimbursement program, managed care plan or private payor or program, including any private insurance program, employer-sponsored programs under ERISA, private insurance payor or program, health care service plan, health insurance company, health maintenance organization, self-insured employee, or any other third-party nongovernmental payor.
Private Program means any private or commercial insurance companies, commercial payers, health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization, managed care plan or organizations, third party administrator, employer, union trust, or other similar third party consumer of healthcare services or risk bearing entities or other private reimbursement programs (including any private or workers’ compensation insurance program).
Private Program means a non-public school or program contracted by a school district or charter school.
Private Program means any nongovernment healthcare plan or healthcare reimbursement program, managed care plan, or other third-party payor program funded by any nongovernmental entity, including any private insurance program and employer-sponsored programs under ERISA.

Private Program means contractual arrangements with private third-party payors that are not a Governmental Authority (such as managed care companies, managed care organizations, insurance companies, provider networks, health maintenance organizations, and third-party payor reimbursement and insurance programs), but including such third-party payors that contract with any Governmental Authority to administer or pay reimbursement to providers or beneficiaries funded in whole or in part by a Government Program (such as Medicare Advantage plans and state Medicaid managed care plans).
