Private Program definition

Private Program means any nongovernment health care plan or health care reimbursement program, managed care plan or private payor or program, including any private insurance program, employer-sponsored programs under ERISA, private insurance payor or program, health care service plan, health insurance company, health maintenance organization, self-insured employee, or any other third-party nongovernmental payor.
Private Program means a non-public school or program contracted by a school district or charter school.

  • Neither the right of the Company, or any Physician Employee, nor the right of any licensed professional or other individual affiliated with the Company to receive reimbursements pursuant to any Governmental Program or Private Program has been terminated or otherwise materially and adversely affected as a result of any investigation or action whether by any federal or state governmental regulatory authority or other third party.

  • No Seller or any Seller Employee, Employed Practitioner, former employee or current or former officer or director of Sellers, or, to the Knowledge of Sellers, any Non-Employed Practitioner, has committed a material violation of any Law relating to payments and reimbursements under any Government Program or any Private Program.

  • Except for Reports not yet due, there are no Reports required to be filed by any Comfort Care in order to be paid under any Governmental Reimbursement Programs, Private Program, or other third-party payor program.

  • The Parties to this Agreement expressly warrant and represent that they are not currently aware of any claims between them related to the Fresh Start Private Program (as that term is defined in the Litigation) or any other matter by and between themselves that have not been asserted in the Litigation other than those addressed in this Agreement.


More Definitions of Private Program

Private Program is defined in Section 4.9.
Private Program means any private or commercial insurance companies, commercial payers, health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization, managed care plan or organizations, third party administrator, employer, union trust, or other similar third party consumer of healthcare services or risk bearing entities or other private reimbursement programs (including any private or workers’ compensation insurance program).
Private Program means a program operated by a non- sectarian, nonprofit private school or agency.
Private Program means a program operated by a nonsectarian, nonprofit private school or agency.
Private Program means any third party health care payment program, including, without limitation, any program, plan, insurance or assistance program, other than a federal health care program such as the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs. Examples of Private Programs are private insurance program, ERISA plan, managed care plan, health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization, and employee assistance program.
Private Program means contractual arrangements with managed care companies, insurance companies and other non-governmental third-party payer reimbursement and insurance programs.
Private Program has the meaning specified in Section 4.12(b)(ii).
