Private Placement Notes definition

Private Placement Notes the senior notes to be issued pursuant to, and governed by, the Note Purchase Agreement.
Private Placement Notes means the $113,000,000 4.34% Notes issued pursuant to that certain Note Purchase Agreement dated as of November 14, 2004, as may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Private Placement Notes

Private Placement Notes means the 5.375% senior notes due 2024, issued under that certain Indenture, dated as of June 14, 2019, among Seller and certain of its Subsidiaries, and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as amended.
Private Placement Notes means the Company’s (i) 6.28% Senior Notes due November 15, 2014, (ii) 4.69% Senior Notes due July 15, 2007, (iii) 6.99% Senior Notes due June 15, 2009 and (iv) 7.49% Senior Notes due June 15, 2012.

Private Placement Notes means, collectively, the (i) $35,000,000 6.93% Senior Note due April 8, 2006, (ii) $37,000,000 7.18% Senior Note due April 8, 2006, (iii) $30,000,000 7.91% Senior Notes due August 16, 2006, (iv) $30,000,000 6.88% Senior Note due August 28, 2006, (v) $13,000,000 7.03% Senior Notes due April 8, 2006 and (vi) $37,000,000 6.59% Senior Note due December 1, 2007. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing amounts are the original principal amounts of such notes and not necessarily the current outstanding principal balance.
