Private Label definition

Private Label means the branded products which are proprietary to the Company, including the FoodWorks Best Buy branded products.
Private Label means a brand of beer, wine, or mixed spirit drink that is manufactured by a supplier on behalf of a retailer using the retailer's recipe or intellectual property.
Private Label shall refer to a product or range of products offered by a retailer under their own name or under a brand that they own. They compete with Brand Name goods.
