Examples of Privacy Wrongful Act in a sentence
The Privacy Wrongful Act must take place after the Retroactive Date.
All such acts, errors or omissions, as referenced in this definition, that are actually or allegedly caused, committed, or attempted by or claimed against one or more Insureds arising out of the same or relating to the same or series of related facts, circumstances, situations, transactions or events shall be deemed to be the same Privacy Wrongful Act.
Privacy Wrongful Act does not include an Occurrence or Professional Incident.
Such notice must state when and where the Professional Incident, Occurrence or Privacy Wrongful Act took place, the names and addresses of any witnesses and/or injured people, and the nature and location of any injury or damage.
As respects Insuring Agreement C., $25,000 is the most the Insurer will be liable to pay for: (a) Damages and Defense Expenses for all Claims under this Insuring Agreement, regardless of the number of such Claims; and (b) all notification costs arising from a Privacy Wrongful Act under paragraph (2) of this Insuring Agreement, regardless of the number of such Privacy Wrongful Acts.
