Privacy Commitments definition

Privacy Commitments means all representations, statements, obligations or commitments that Company has made or entered into with respect to the collection, use, disclosure, sale, licensing, transfer, security, storage, retention, disposal or other processing of Personal Information, including without limitation, all (i) policies, notices, statements or similar disclosures published or otherwise made publicly available by Company; (ii) internal policies, procedures or standards of Company; and (iii) Contracts to which Company is a party.
Privacy Commitments means (a) a contractual obligations to third parties with respect to Personal Data, and (b) any legally binding commitment (including any legally binding privacy policy) with respect to collection, processing, maintenance or transfer of Personal Data.
Privacy Commitments means, collectively: (a) the Company Group Member’s obligations under the Privacy Policies; (b) the legal bases (including providing adequate notice and obtaining any necessary consents from end users and other natural Persons, as applicable) required for the Processing of Personal Information as conducted by or for the applicable Company Group Member; (c) any notices, consents, authorizations, and privacy choices (including opt-in and opt-out preferences, as required) of end users and other natural Persons relating to Personal Information; (d) industry self-regulatory principles and codes of conduct applicable to the protection or Processing of Personal Information, biometrics, internet of things, direct marketing, e-mails, text messages, robocalls, telemarketing, or other electronic communications (including, without limitation, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) to which the Company Group Member is bound or otherwise represents compliance; and (e) any obligations on any Company Group Member under any Contracts relating to or otherwise addressing the Processing of Personal Information.

  • All Personal Information collected, processed, transferred, disclosed, shared, stored, protected or used by the Company or its Subsidiaries, or shared with a third party, in connection with the operation of their respective businesses is, and since the Lookback Date has been, collected, processed, transferred, disclosed, shared, stored, protected and used by the Company and its Subsidiaries in accordance with all applicable Privacy Commitments in all material respects.

Privacy Commitments means all (i) Privacy Laws, (ii) the Company’s privacy policies, notices, or statements published by Company or its Subsidiaries, (iii) internal policies, procedures or standards of Company or its Subsidiaries, (iv) binding industry standards with respect to the security of Systems and the privacy, security, and other processing of Personal Information (including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and (v) Contracts to which the Company or its Subsidiaries is bound to the extent related to the collection, use, disclosure, sale, licensing, transfer, security, storage, retention, disposal or other processing of Personal Information.
Privacy Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.17(a).

Privacy Commitments means (i) each Law applicable to the protection or Processing or both of Personal Data, including, without limitation the California Consumer Privacy Act, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the U.K. General Data Protection Regulation and the U.K. Data Protection Act 2018 and direct marketing, e-mails, text messages or telemarketing, and guidance issued by a Governmental Authority that pertains to any of these Laws, (ii) industry self-regulatory principles applicable to the protection or Processing of Personal Data, direct marketing, e-mails, text messages or telemarketing, (iii) all applicable payment card network rules and regulations, including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, (iv) policies and obligations applicable to the a party hereto or its Subsidiaries relating to the Processing of Company Data (including the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ data privacy and security policies published on their websites or otherwise made available by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to its customers or employees), (v) Contracts involving Company Data to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a party or is, and (vi) any privacy choices (including opt-out preferences) of end users relating to Personal Data.
