Privacy Area(s) definition

Privacy Area(s) means those portions of the Common Property which are intended for the private or exclusive use of a Unit owner, and shall include:
Privacy Area(s) means any area granted to an Owner pursuant to Bylaw 58;
Privacy Area(s) means an area of the Common Property for the exclusive use of an Owner and shall include the balcony or patio area immediately adjacent to and affixed to a Residential Unit to which such Unit Owner has access and a storage locker to be assigned by the Board;

  • No part of the Common Property or Privacy Areas shall be used for the erection, placing or maintenance of clothes-lines, incinerators, garbage disposal equipment, recreation or athletic equipment, fences or other barriers, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, or trees, or for the disposal of rubbish, garbage or waste except only by the Corporation.

More Definitions of Privacy Area(s)

Privacy Area(s) means the balcony or patio area immediately adjacent to and affixed to a Residential Unit to which such Unit Owner has sole access;
Privacy Area(s) means the balcony, terrace or patio areas immediately adjacent to and affixed to a unit to which such unit Owner has sole access;
Privacy Area(s) or "Exclusive Use Areas" means those areas, being part of the Common Property, which comprise garden terraces, patio areas and/or balconies immediately adjacent to each Unit, the rooftop pool area, the Lounge Areas and the areas required by the Developer for construction projects, including those areas used for storage of materials or equipment on top of the Parkade and easements for crane swings, the area and location of which are shown on the Parkade Condominium Plan or Residential Condominium Plan or if not shown shall be determined by the Board from time to time, and which are areas suitable for exclusive use of Owners and Occupants of the Units;
Privacy Area(s) means those portions of the Common Property which are intended for the private or exclusive use of a Unit Owner, as more particularly described in Bylaw 58 hereof;
Privacy Area(s) means those areas being part of the Common Property, which comprise balconies and patios immediately adjacent to each Apartment Unit and storage units (if any) thereon, the area and location of which are shown on the Condominium Plan or if not shown shall be determined by the Board from time to time, and which areas are suitable for private use in conjunction with the respective adjoining Apartment Unit;
Privacy Area(s) means the exclusive use Common Property areas set out on the Condominium Plan and immediately adjacent to and affixed to a Residential Unit, to which the Developer or the Board has granted exclusive use to the Residential Unit Owner pursuant to Bylaw (67);
Privacy Area(s) means the balcony or patio area immediately adjacent to and affixed to a Residential Unit to which such Unit Owner has sole access; privacy area as set out in Section 58 hereto;
