Priority Pollutants definition

Priority Pollutants means those chemicals or elements identified by EPA, pursuant to section 307 of the Clean Water Act and 40 CFR 401.15.
Priority Pollutants means all pollutants as defined by the “General Pretreatment Regulations” of the Environmental Protection Agency, found at 40 CFR 401 and 403.

More Definitions of Priority Pollutants

Priority Pollutants means a listing of the toxic pollutants identified by EPA as having the greatest environmental concern and as non-compatible and requiring pretreatment prior to discharge in order to prevent interference with District's operation, or to prevent sludge contamination or treatment system pass-through into receiving waters or into the atmosphere.
Priority Pollutants means those pollutants identified in Tables II and III of Appendix D of 40 C.F.R. § 122.
