Priority Pollutants definition

Priority Pollutants means those chemicals or elements identified by EPA, pursuant to section 307 of the Clean Water Act and 40 CFR 401.15.
Priority Pollutants means all pollutants as defined by the “General Pretreatment Regulations” of the Environmental Protection Agency, found at 40 CFR 401 and 403.
