Priority Distributions definition

Priority Distributions means the Cash distributions made by the Liquidating Trust, in its capacity as Disbursing Agent, to holders of Allowed Priority Claims.
Priority Distributions means distributions to the Tribe by the Authority in an aggregate amount not to exceed in any fiscal year (inclusive of Priority Distributions made prior to the Issue Date under the Existing Indebtedness) the greater of (i) $70.0 million and (ii) 20% of Consolidated Cash Flow for the prior fiscal year; provided that, subject to the next succeeding proviso, not more than $25.0 million of the Priority Distributions permissible in any fiscal year shall be made in any fiscal quarter; provided, further, that the amount of Priority Distributions permitted to be made in any fiscal quarter shall be increased by the unused amount of Priority Distributions (without the accrual of interest thereon) allocated for any prior fiscal quarter. Priority Distributions include priority distribution payments made by the Authority under the Priority Distribution Agreement.

More Definitions of Priority Distributions

Priority Distributions means Distributions made by Borrower to the Tribe during any calendar year in the aggregate amount which does not exceed the Priority Distribution Limit for such calendar year.
Priority Distributions means Restricted Junior Payments made to the Tribe which may consist of distributions by the Borrower to the Tribe; provided that Restricted Junior Payments made by the Borrower to the Tribe pursuant to Section 6.04(h) or (i) shall not reduce the amount of Restricted Junior Payments permitted under Section 6.04(f)(i).
