The proceeds of the Notes will be used to refund, on a current basis, an$11,745,000 portion of prior bond anticipation notes of the Township issued in the aggregate principal amount of $11,897,804 on March 29, 2022 and maturing on March 28, 2023 (the “Prior Notes”) (the remaining balance of the Prior Notes will be paid by the Township with a 2023 budgetary appropriation in the amount of $152,804).
No person or entity other than the Holder has any interest in the Holder’s beneficial interest in the Prior Notes.

No reference to this Note need be made in any instrument or document at any time referring to the Prior Notes, a reference to the Prior Notes in any such instrument or document to be deemed to be reference to this Note as the same may be amended, restated, modified, extended, and/or supplemented from time to time.
