Prior Notes definition

Prior Notes means the Company’s $750,000,000 principal amount of its 8% Senior Notes due 2018.
Prior Notes means instruments evidencing Indebtedness issued by the Company prior to the date of this Agreement, as such instruments may be amended to date, and any deferrals, renewals or extensions thereof, and any notes or other instruments or evidences of Indebtedness issued in respect of or in exchange thereof.
Prior Notes collectively means (i) that certain Secured Convertible Promissory Note, dated as of September 21, 2009 in the principal amount of $2,000,000 issued by the Payor in favor of the Lacey RRSP Account, (ii) that certain Secured Promissory Note, dated as of December 2, 2009 in the principal amount of $150,000 issued by the Payor in favor of Lacey and (iii) that certain Secured Promissory Note, dated as of December 17, 2009 in the principal amount of $150,000 issued by the Payor in favor of Lacey.

More Definitions of Prior Notes

Prior Notes means the Series A Secured Convertible Promissory Notes and Series B Secured Convertible Promissory Notes issued pursuant to the May 2007 Purchase Agreement, the Series C Secured Convertible Promissory Notes issued pursuant to the November 2007 Purchase Agreement, the Series D Secured Convertible Promissory Notes issued pursuant to the July 2008 Purchase Agreement and the Series E Secured Convertible Promissory Notes issued pursuant to the October 2008 Purchase Agreement.
Prior Notes means the aggregate principal amount of $4,050,000 of outstanding senior secured notes issued by the Company as of March 14, 2012, and any deferrals, renewals or extensions thereof, and any notes or other instruments or evidences of Indebtedness issued in respect of or in exchange thereof.
Prior Notes shall have the meanings indicated above.
Prior Notes shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Recitals hereto.
Prior Notes means the 3.75% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due 2023 issued by the Company pursuant to the Original Indenture;
