Principal Document definition

Principal Document means this document, including the Preface, Sections 1 through 39, the signature page, Exhibit I, Exhibit II, and Exhibit II, Attachment 1.
Principal Document means this document, including, the title page, the Table of Contents, the Preface, the Recitals, Sections 1 through 57, the signature page, and Attachments 1 through 18.
Principal Document means each of the following agreements and documents, in each case as in effect on the Funding Date: (a) the Organizational Documents of each Credit Party and (b) the Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Principal Document in a sentence

  • The headings used in the Principal Document are inserted for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be a part of or to affect the meaning of the Principal Document.

More Definitions of Principal Document

Principal Document means this document, executed by Allegheny and Contractor and comprising Articles 1 through 42.
Principal Document means, as applicable, the principal signed contract (including, as applicable, a master agreement and/or purchase order), or the document to which these Terms and Conditions are appended, and includes the Job Specifications, and all exhibits issued, approved, and assigned a numerical reference by Tolko for Work required to be provided or performed by the Contractor, all as may be amended from time to time.
Principal Document shall include this Agreement and the Option Repurchase Agreement.
Principal Document means this document, executed by Company and Contractor, and comprising Articles 1 through 34.
Principal Document means this document, executed by Allegheny and Contactor and comprising Articles 1 through 43. Sub-Article 3.3 – is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
Principal Document means Part I and Part II of this Agreement but does not include any exhibits.
