Primary Syndication definition

Primary Syndication means any assignments by the Administrative Agent in order to effectuate the initial post-closing syndication made on or prior to the earlier of (a) the date that is ninety (90) days after the Closing Date and (b) the completion of all assignments relating to the completion of a successful syndication.
Primary Syndication means the period commencing on or prior to the date hereof and ending on the earlier of (a) 30 days following the Effective Date and (b) the date that the Joint Lead Arrangers have determined (and notified the Borrower) the primary syndication of the Loans has been completed.
Primary Syndication means the period commencing on or prior to the Amendment Effective Date and ending on the earlier of (i) 90 days after the Amendment Effective Date and (ii) the date that the Joint Lead Arrangers have declared the primary syndication of the Credit Extensions to have ended.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any assignment of the Term Loans pursuant to the Primary Syndication shall not be accompanied by the Put Option Premium.

Primary Syndication has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Fee Letter.
