Primary Structure definition

Primary Structure means, for each property, the structure that one or more persons occupy the majority of time on that property for either business or personal reasons. Primary Structure includes structures such as residences, commercial buildings, hospitals, and day care facilities. Primary Structure excludes structures such as hunting sheds, storage sheds, pool houses, unattached garages and barns.
Primary Structure has the meaning set forth in Section 7.9.
Primary Structure means the structure in which the primary use of a given lot is conducted, as distinguished from a secondary or accessory structure.

More Definitions of Primary Structure

Primary Structure means the structure associated with the principal use of the property. If more than one structure is associated with the principal use of the property, the one with the highest value shall be considered the primary structure.
