Primary Permittee definition

Primary Permittee means the Owner or the Operator or both of a tract of land for a construction project subject to this permit.

Primary Permittee means the person listed on the wildlife rehabilitation permit who originally applied for and received the permit and is licensed to practice wildlife reha- bilitation.
