Primary Notice definition

Primary Notice means a written notice addressed to a Member requiring the Member to provide to the Company a written statement setting out:
Primary Notice means the Gazette NoticeOperation of B-Double Vehicles up to 25 m in Length’ dated 30 June 2005; and
Primary Notice means the Gazette Notice ‘Higher Mass Limits for Vehicles Fitted with Road Friendly Suspension’ dated 5 May 2005; and

  • To exercise its Right of First Refusal under this Clause 11.3, a Preferred Shareholder must deliver a Primary Notice to the Offering Shareholder within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice specifying the number of Transfer Shares to be purchased by such Preferred Shareholder.
