Pricing Source definition

Pricing Source means any of Loan Pricing Corporation, Mark-it Partners (formerly known as Loan X), Interactive Data Corporation or another nationally recognized broker-dealer or nationally recognized quotation service mutually agreed from time to time by (a) the Administrative Agent and (b) the Equityholder or Servicer.
Pricing Source has the meaning specified in Annex C.
Pricing Source means Markit or another price source or method of price determination acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its discretion.

More Definitions of Pricing Source

Pricing Source means (i) with respect to any Component Index, the index sponsor; and (ii) with respect to any Component Bond, TRACE as provided by Bloomberg. Except where another source or method is specified, the Pricing Source shall be used for all applicable purposes hereunder. If the Pricing Source for any Component is unavailable at any time for any reason, and an alternative source or method is not expressly provided herein, the Calculation Agent shall determine a suitable substitute source in good faith.
Pricing Source means each of Loan Pricing Corporation, LoanX, Markit Partners or any other nationally recognized loan pricing service mutually agreed upon by the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Manager; provided that neither the Collateral Manager nor any of its Affiliates shall be a Pricing Source; provided, further, that the Administrative Agent shall have the ability upon at least fifteen (15) Business Days’ prior written notice to advise the Collateral Manager that one or more sources listed herein is no longer considered to be a Pricing Source, if in the Administrative Agent’s commercially reasonable discretion such Pricing Source has largely or entirely exited its loan pricing business.
Pricing Source means Medispan, or such other national drug database as designated by Florida Blue’s PBM. In the event the Pricing Source changes, notification will be provided to the Employer.
