Price Book definition

Price Book means the current IDS price book, price list, or rate sheet applicable to the Work covered by an Order(s).
Price Book means the price book that contains the list of the Licensed Materials and Third Party Licensed Materials that may be generally licensed under Cadence’s Subscription licensing model and may be available for selection as Licensed Materials (including but not limited to, selection through a Remix event or Lockdown) subject to any restrictions specified in these Terms.
Price Book means a publication issued and/or database made available by CPW from time to time, that lists, amongst other things, the Prices, Commissions, procedures and/or conditions on which Products are supplied by CPW and/or the Mobile Network Operators;

Examples of Price Book in a sentence

More Definitions of Price Book

Price Book means the document set out in Appendix 10-A to Schedule 10 (Charging & Invoicing) (as the same may be updated during the Term) setting out the basis on which the Charges shall be calculated. Procedures Manual or ‘SOP’ has the meaning given to it in clause 8.2 of this Agreement.
