The Contractor shall conduct Operations Research assessments for the Pretreatment Facility, HLW Vitrification Facility, LAW Vitrification Facility, and Analytical Laboratory to determine that the WTP design incorporates appropriate design and operational features to meet integrated facility availability requirements and reduce construction and/or operations costs.
