These provisions shall apply to his/her full terms as President-Elect, President and Past President and to his/her term as Grievance Chairperson.
The following faculty members will not be transferred involuntarily: Academic Senate officers including the President, President-Elect, Vice President, and Secretary; S.C.E.A. officers including the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Grievance Chair, and members of the Negotiating Team; the Tenure Review Coordinator; and Department Chairs.
An employee who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association other than to the office of President shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of fifty (50) days annually or up to one hundred (100) days annually if the employee is the Secretary- Treasurer or the President-Elect.
The President-Elect shall direct the Election Commis- sioner as to the number of Vice President slots open for nomination and shall have such other duties as may be assigned by the President or by the Leadership Council.
There shall be nine (9) elected members of the Leader- ship Council, who shall be referred to as Leadership Council Members, plus the President, President-Elect, Executive Vice President and, for a period of two (2) years following his or her presidency, a past President.
