Presenting is defined as the presentation of a paper to an audience as specified in the program or as a first author of a poster. The presenter will be reimbursed for only one presentation per poster. The “reimbursement term” would be the day before, the day of and the day after the conference. Exceptions can be made with the approval of the Residency Program Director in consultation and collaboration with the Department Chair.
