Upon presentation by the Borrower to the Bank of a Prepayment Request, the Bank shall issue a Prepayment Notice to the Borrower, not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the Prepayment Date.

More Definitions of Prepayment Request

Prepayment Request means a written request from the Borrower to the Provider of the Finance to prepay all or part of the Loan. A “Prepayment Amount” means the amount of a Capital Balance together with the accrued Interest due to be prepaid by the Borrower. A “Prepayment Date” means the date, which shall be a payment due date, on which the Borrower proposes to effect prepayment of a Prepayment Amount. For ease of calculation the total amount of the prepayment made will be first allocated to clear any outstanding Interest due at the time of the request and the second allocated toward reducing the capital balance due at the time of requesting the Prepayment.

Prepayment Request means a notice substantially in the relevant form set out in Schedule 3 (Form of Prepayment Request).

Prepayment Request shall have the meaning, with respect to any Outstanding Series, specified in the related Supplement.
