PREPA definition

PREPA means the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, a public corporation of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico established pursuant to Act No. 83 of 1941, as amended.
PREPA means the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, and its present and former officers, directors, attorneys, employees, assigns, subsidiaries, parents, successors and predecessors, as well as any person or entity that claims to be an insured or in any way insured through PREPA, directly or indirectly, by the Policies, to the extent that Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, and its present and former officers, directors, attorneys, employees, assigns, subsidiaries, parents, successors and predecessors have the ability, authority, or power to release Settled Claims on their behalf.
PREPA means the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, a corporate entity created by virtue of Act No. 83 of May 2, 1941, as amended, and any successor distribution or transmission owner or operator.
