Premium Account definition

Premium Account. The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and the Certificate Insurer and designated "The Bank of New York, in trust for registered holders of CWHEQ, Inc., Home Equity Loan Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-S1." Funds in the Premium Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders and the Certificate Insurer for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Premium Account has the meaning assigned in Section 5.7.
Premium Account means a bank account into which Premiums collected by Agency are deposited and held in trust for the benefit of Company.

Premium Account has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a).
