Premises Documents definition

Premises Documents means all reciprocal easement or operating agreements, declarations of covenants, conditions or restrictions, declarations of condominium, developer's or utility agreements with any village, town, county or other governmental authority, and any similar such agreements or declarations now or hereafter affecting the Premises or any part thereof. All terms of this Deed which are not defined above shall have the meaning set forth elsewhere in this Deed.
