Preferred Redemption Amount definition

Preferred Redemption Amount means, with respect to any class or series of Preferred Units, the sum of (i) the amount of any accumulated Preferred Distribution Shortfall with respect to such class or series of Preferred Units, (ii) the Preferred Distribution Requirement with respect to such class or series of Preferred Units to the date of redemption and (iii) the Preferred Redemption Price indicated in the Preferred Unit Designation with respect to such class or series of Preferred Units.
Preferred Redemption Amount means the amount, including accrued and unpaid dividends (whether or not declared) or similar amounts, required to be paid to the holders of the Preferred Stock to redeem the Preferred Stock pursuant to the terms of the Preferred Stock at the Effective Time.
Preferred Redemption Amount means an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the applicable Original Purchase Price.

More Definitions of Preferred Redemption Amount

Preferred Redemption Amount means the aggregate amount required to redeem, on the Closing Date, all of the shares of Preferred Stock outstanding as of such date in accordance with Section 7.1 of the Certificate of Designation, Preferences and Rights, dated as of November 8, 2012, relating to the Preferred Stock, which amount shall be set forth in the notice delivered by the Company to Buyer pursuant to Section 1.2(d).
Preferred Redemption Amount means $40,000,000 plus the accrued return thereon up to the Closing Date.
