In addition, you acknowledge and agree that (y) you shall not be paid any service fee with respect to a specific time period unless and until we are in receipt of the service fee from the Fund for such period and (z) our liability to you for the payment of any such service fee is limited solely to the amount of the applicable Fund's service fee received by us.
