Preference definition

Preference means an amount, expressed in terms of a percentage, by which a bid or price may exceed the next lower submitted bid or price.
Preference means a preference of fifteen percent (15%) in the comparison of prices submitted by Bidders participating in the Tender as stated in the Regulations.
